Art Adams’ Kaiju

Arthur Adams is doing covers for our coming GODZILLA: LEGENDS miniseries.

Let me say that again, just to frame it properly: Arthur Adams is doing covers for our coming GODZILLA: LEGENDS miniseries. This series, which starts in November and features standalone issues that focus on different monsters by different creative teams, leads off with an Anguirus spotlight, and goes onward from there. And Art, who’s never been able to draw these monsters in comics before, was gracious enough to take time out to do covers–interconnected covers–for the entire series. He’s so far turned in the first three, and all are just stunning, as you can see above. More to come.

Now, who wants to see the entire piece as a big poster?

As far as I was personally concerned, Art Adams was always THE name for Godzilla art in the west, and this just goes to show the world why! Glad to see him back, and fingers crossed we can see him a bit more regularly on the franchise under IDW after this.🙂

  4. Holy SHIT!!
