In July, we’re doing an all-new, standalone graphic novel from creator Pete Von Sholly. Pete is an illustrator/storyboarder who’s done work on numerous films, horror mags, graphic novels and any other place smart enough to run his images of the fantastic. Check out his blog here, too. The book we’re doing with Pete, SPINECRAWLER, is out on July 27 (but also available at Comic-Con the week before at the IDW booth), and as you can see here, is creepy in exactly the right kind of way.
And speaking of “creepy,” the first image above is Pete’s tribute to Jack Davis‘s old CREEPY image.
