Spreading the Love and Capes

When Thom Zahler‘s LOVE AND CAPES returns in February, it’ll be under the IDW banner for the first time, which is exciting for me since I love the book. And since it launches right around Valentine’s Day, and is one of the sweetest (but not saccharine) comics around, we figured we had to do an actual valentine for the incentive cover. Using Ralph Wiggum’s “I Choo-Choo Choose You” as our inspiration for this, the above image is what Thom came up with.

Keep an eye on the December Previews, hitting shops in late November, for issue 1’s solicits and pre-order away. It usually goes without saying here, but pre-ordering comics, especially smaller titles like this, can make a world of difference in the life of a book and in your ability to actually find a copy.
